With more than four decades of litigation experience, Mark D. Herbert brings extensive knowledge of construction, surety, and real estate matters to his mediation practice. A certified mediator and arbitrator, Mark focuses his mediation practice on construction disputes, drawing on decades of experience representing owners, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Katherine A. Kingren brings a broad and varied litigation background to her mediation practice, including substantial experience in estate matters, conservatorships and guardianships, commercial litigation, business matters, and appellate proceedings. Her experience representing clients across a wide range of complex disputes provides a practical foundation for helping parties evaluate issues, identify common ground, and work toward resolution.
